PisangBet Terms & Conditions – Rules of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

1General Terms

Welcome to PisangBet. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you ("Player" or "User") and PisangBet ("Company", "We") with respect to the use of pisangbet.biz and all services provided through it.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the PisangBet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the PisangBet platform immediately.

PisangBet reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time. Any amendments take effect upon publication on this website. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms in force.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use PisangBet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• A legal resident of Malaysia;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any gambling platform;
• Have never had a PisangBet account previously closed due to a terms violation.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) PisangBet account. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses — is considered a serious breach of these terms. PisangBet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. PisangBet reserves the right to request supporting documentation such as a national ID, bank statement, or other documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

PisangBet accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

• Minimum deposit per transaction is RM 20.
• There is no maximum deposit limit; however, transactions exceeding RM 10,000 may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposit funds are processed in under 60 seconds once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are legitimately theirs and sourced from lawful means.
• PisangBet does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment account must match the registered player's name.
• All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed into the gaming account.

4Fund Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the following conditions have been met:

• Account has completed full KYC verification;
• All rollover requirements associated with active bonuses have been met;
• No ongoing account investigation or suspension;
• Withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of RM 50.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same Malaysian payment account used for the most recent deposit. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, players must provide proof of ownership of an alternative account to the PisangBet support team.

Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most payment methods. Withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may take up to 24 hours and are subject to additional security verification. PisangBet reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawals before processing payment.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

PisangBet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific rollover requirements and must be used within the stipulated validity period. Players are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming.

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes within the PisangBet platform and cannot be transferred, converted to cash, or used outside the platform.
• Each promotion has different rollover requirements. Generally, slots contribute 100% towards the rollover, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• PisangBet reserves the right to void any bonus if fraud, misuse, or an attempt to exploit the bonus system is detected.
• Players who register multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated at the time of activation. Any bonus not used within the valid period will be automatically forfeited.
• PisangBet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the interests of existing players.

6Game Rules

All games available on PisangBet – including slots, baccarat, Live Casino, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton) and e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant) – have their own rules that players are required to follow.

• Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing. PisangBet is not liable for any losses arising from a failure to understand the game rules.
• All game outcomes generated by an audited Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. No disputes can be raised against valid RNG results.
• Any technical disruption during a match or gaming session will be resolved based on PisangBet's server records, which shall be considered final in all disputes.
• Bets placed incorrectly (wrong amount, market, or selection) after confirmation are the player's responsibility and cannot be cancelled.
• PisangBet reserves the right to void any Sports Betting match if it is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, and funds will be returned to the player.

7Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your PisangBet account is a shared responsibility between the player and the platform. Players are fully responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential.

• Do not share your PisangBet password or account details with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact PisangBet support immediately.
• PisangBet will never ask for your password or account details via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.
• All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to PisangBet within a reasonable time.

8Prohibited Conduct

PisangBet reserves the right to take immediate action against any player who violates these prohibitions, including account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

9Account Suspension & Closure

PisangBet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document;
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age;
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe;
• Suspicious activity requiring a security investigation;
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement;
• Account inactive for 180 consecutive days with no login activity.

13Amendments to Terms & Conditions and Effective Date
